The Summit art program is thriving, and in addition to the Artists in Residence that Summit hosts, Summit Institute is working with local education groups to get AIR to schools and community events, along with bringing new public art installations to Powder Mountain and the Eden Valley.

We’re working on a number of social innovation convenings for 2016, including a cutting-edge conference on the applications of Blockchain for Social Good along with Social Bonds, Criminal Justice, Veterans, and Ocean Conservation.

Summit Institute has been working with The Nature Conservancy and the state of Utah to purchase a conservation easement on land abutting Powder Mountain. This Little Bear Conservation Easement, would ensure preservation of a wildlife corridor for migratory animals.
